Awards
and Recognitions
 During
the month of May, elementary students who have received
special recognition and distinction in various activities are
honored at an awards ceremony before their peers and special
guests. Parents are encouraged to attend. Awards include
recognition of Honor Students, Perfect Attendance, Accelerated
Reader, and others.

high students who have received special recognition and
distinction in various activities are honored at an awards
ceremony before their peers and special guests. Parents are
encouraged to attend. Faculty members present subject area
awards to outstanding students. Others awards include perfect
attendance, honor students, and club presidents.

school students who have received special recognition and
distinction in various activities are honored at an awards
ceremony before their peers and special guests. Parents are
encouraged to attend. Colleges and universities present
scholarships and certificates of merit based on academic
achievement. Community organizations and special guests
present awards and scholarships, and faculty members present
subject area awards to outstanding students. Perfect
attendance, Honor Students, STAR Student and STAR Teacher,
Honor Graduates, Salutatorian, and Valedictorian are honored
at this Honors Day. The dates of these programs are found on
the school calendar.
